You're in the right place if...
You’ve often felt unheard, misunderstood, or dismissed even when you were trying your best to explain what’s going on inside. You might be carrying the weight of past experiences or trauma, or noticing that certain things still affect you in ways you don’t fully understand. Or you might be feeling overwhelmed by carrying a sense that something just isn’t quite right.
You might have moved to a different country or grown up between cultures, and find yourself feeling out of place or like you don’t fully belong anywhere. You may feel caught between cultural expectations and your own needs, struggling with guilt, boundaries, or family dynamics. At the same time, you may be trying to understand yourself more deeply, your identity, your sense of worth, and where you truly fit.
Your emotions feel confusing, intense, or difficult to make sense of. You might find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in certain patterns, or struggling with something that feels hard to put into words- whether that’s anxiety, low mood, intense anger, grief, or something else entirely.
You don’t need to have a clear explanation, fit a specific category, or “say it right.”
This is a space where you can slow down and begin to understand yourself with care, where you’re met with presence, not judgment, and where we can make sense of what you’ve been carrying together, at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

You might also be coming in with a specific diagnosis, or wondering about one.
We can hold that too- not as a label that defines you, but as something we can explore in a way that honours your experience and the person behind it.
About Me
Hello, I'm Anjali!

I am a UK Trained Person-Centred Counselling Psychologist offering online therapy for adults.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, respectful conversation between two people, rather than a clinical process where one person is analysing the other.

My intention is to create a space where you can speak freely about whatever is on your mind, including the things that may feel confusing, painful, or difficult to put into words.
